Grading Module

BRAINY supports all gradings system, whether it is a number system (e.g. Germany: 1 to 6 or 15 to 0, Sweden: 12 to -3), a letter system (e.g. USA: A- F, Germany: sehr gut - ungenügend), a decimal system (Switzerland: 6.0 to 1.0 in 0.5 steps). ALL grading systems can be configured and there are also factors for converting grades. So it is possible, e.g. international schools, to present a grade additionally in a form as in the country of the student's origin.

Certifificate Module

It has never been that easy to produce certificates. BRAINY's certificate module collects the data from the courses' enrollments, from the classbook (absences), and from the grading module. You can see whether your colleagues have already entered and finished the grades. You can see at a glance where grades are not suffient to pass, and with a single click you can finish the certificates. Once the certificates are approved they can be printed and will be transferred automatically into the student's file.

Remark: as BRAINY will work in schools all over the world, some features may not be needed in all countries.
